Arrival

If this is your first visit to ALBA Day Spa, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to fill out the Consultation Form. If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

In the Spa

Our spa is a sanctuary of relaxation and tranquility. We kindly ask that you respect other clients' right to privacy and quiet. Please turn off your mobile phones. While we all love children, we recommend arranging childcare for your visit to ensure a peaceful environment for yourself and others.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy for ALBA Day Spa At ALBA Day Spa ,

We strive to offer you the highest level of service and professionalism. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients and fairness to our staff, we have a clear cancellation policy in place.

Please review our policy below before booking any appointments.

1. Cancellation Notice We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

2. Cancellation Fees Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. No-show or same-day cancellations: A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply.

3. Payment of Cancellation Fees If you incur a cancellation fee, it must be paid before you can make any further bookings. We will not be able to confirm future appointments until the outstanding amount is settled.

4. Booking Deposits For appointments over $100, we may require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. To secure the appointment This deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up. All online bookings will be required to pay a 30% deposit.

5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refunds Deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule with appropriate notice, your deposit will be carried forward to your new appointment.

7. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule, and a 50% service charge will apply.

General

  • By booking an appointment with ALBA Day Spa, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Online Booking Policy

  • All online bookings require a valid credit card to secure the appointment, and will be charged 30% of the treatment cost.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully made.

  • Changes to online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Arrival

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary consultation forms.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

In the Spa

  • Our spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility. We ask that you respect other clients' right to privacy and quiet.

Health Conditions

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment when booking your appointment.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment for any reason and

  • Alba day spa (nourish and glow LTD ) will not be held liable for any adverse reaction to treatment or product.

Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards.

  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift vouchers are issues with a 12 month expiry date from the date of purchase 

Personal Belongings

  • ALBA Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables safe.
